At what point does one decide to go out in a public place with no shoes or pants on? And what kind of friends are those to let her go through with it - and walk with her? Did she lose a bet? Does she think she's Britney Spears? Either way let's just hope that Walmart learns to put a sign up, "No shirt, no pants, no shoes, no service."
